Studio 162 is located at ground level and is accessed with one step through the back door and four steps through the front door. We can provide a wheelchair ramp upon request. However, please note that our bathroom door is 27" wide, which may not accommodate most wheelchairs.

Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They extend around the back of the building, and you are welcome to park anywhere on the property.

Taxis, Uber & Lyft can be arranged for your clients and crew. All fees can be added to your studio bill. The closest train stations are Bloor GO, Lansdowne, and Dundas West. The closest bus lines are 168, 26, and 127.

Catering & Deliveries
Alongside our full kitchen, we offer a diverse range of catering through Little Havana Café and our catering partners, who can happily accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Let us know and we can send over our list of lunch possibilities.
Little Havana Café offers a wide variety of hand-crafted Cuban espresso beverages, coffees, teas, juices, and pastries of your choice. Please let us know if you’d like in-house coffee catering.
An expertly stocked bar of wine, champagne, and spirits can be made available following your shoot and/or writers' room wrap. Please let us know if you want to set up a bar tab.
Catering must be confirmed 48 hours before your rental.

We are happy to accept wardrobe and prop delivery before your production. Please contact us to confirm the availability of storage capacity in the week leading up to your booking so we can ensure they are stored safely for your shoot. All items must be marked with your production title and contact name.
